- Chocolate or vanilla snack pack pudding (for inside the eclair)
- Crescent rolls
- Dowel rods
- Chocolate frosting
- Spray whipped cream
- Cooking oil or spray
Coat the end of a wooden dowel with cooking oil or spray. Wrap a crescent roll around the top and about 4 inches down the dowel. Make sure you don’t make it too thick and that there aren’t any holes.
Place the dowel over hot coals and cook until its golden brown and isn’t doughy. Carefully remove the dowel (it’s hot!) and put your favorite pudding inside (chocolate or vanilla). Frost the top of the crescent with chocolate frosting and then add whip cream. Oh my!
