• Number of Rental RVs: 109
• Length: 38 Ft.
• Width: 8 Ft….slide-out extends to 11 Ft. in Family/Dining Rooms
• Site includes picnic table and fire ring with grill attachment
• Number of Bedrooms: 2
• One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 4 twin bunk beds...master bedroom includes clock radio.
• Number of people per RV: 8 (we recommend no more than 4 adults)
• The Family Room includes a full-size sleeper sofa
• The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower (with hot water), sink, & toilet
• Each unit includes central air conditioning and heat
• The kitchen includes:
  • Full size refrigerator/freezer
  • Oven/Stove
  • Microwave Oven
  • Sink (with hot water)
  • Toaster
  • Coffee Maker
  • Utensils, plates, cups & glasses, pots & pans
  • Dining Room table with 2 bench seats
  • Dishwashing liquid and broom
• Smoking is not permitted in our Rental RVs. Should you or your guests smoke in the rental a cleaning fee of $150 will be automatically charged to your credit card.
• No pets are allowed (inside or outside)
• Minimum stay in a Rental RV is 2 nights...3 nights on holiday weekends.  One night stays are permitted if only one night is available for rent.

Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. (in-season)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Reservations are required for Rental RVs. We recommend making reservations for summer months and holiday weekends as far in advance as possible.  If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us no later than 7 days prior to your planned stay to avoid being charged.
