- 1 store bought pizza dough
- 1 8oz can pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 package of Pepperoni
- Sauteed veggies of your choice – optional
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
Roll out pizza dough to form rectangle. Spread pizza sauce over top of dough leaving 1 inch space on edges.
Top with 1 cup cheese, additional toppings the remaining 1 cup of cheese and basil.
Roll pizza up to form a log and tuck edges in. Wrap in thick foil. Place pizza log, still in its foil on hot grill or fire pit. Cook for about 10-15 minutes flipping over and cook an additional 10-15 minutes. Slice and enjoy. Pizza log can be frozen, uncooked. Simply thaw and follow instructions as you normally would.

Always wanted to join the Lake Rudolph team? Now is your chance. We’re currently searching for a Camp Store/Web Store Supervisor. This individual needs to be friendly and outgoing. Must be service oriented. We prefer someone with retail and supervisory experience.
The position is responsible for supervising daily operations and performance of the Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort Camp Store, as well as the Santa Claus Christmas Store web functions and staff members. A high school diploma or GED is required.
